Our featured roof system

Spray foam roofing, built for Arizona heat

One continuous layer of insulating foam, sprayed onto the roof and sealed under a white silicone or elastomeric coating. No seams across the roof, less heat coming through the ceiling, and a surface you renew with a recoat instead of a tear-off.

  • Keeps heat outInsulation and a reflective coat work together
  • Sheds waterNo seams, and foam can be shaped to drain
  • Often no tear-offCan go over a sound, dry existing roof
  • Easy to renewRepair small areas and recoat on schedule

What's on your roof?

Most Valley homes have tile, but plenty have a foam or flat section over a patio or addition too. Pick yours to see how long it lasts here and what wears out first.

About tile roofs

Get your roof checked before monsoon season

Arizona's monsoon runs from June 15 to September 30. Wind lifts tiles and shingles, and heavy rain finds every weak spot in underlayment and flashing.

Have the roof inspected in spring, again after any big storm, and in fall to catch summer heat damage before winter rain.

Roofing questions we hear every day

Still have a question? Call the office at 602-548-3770, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.

What areas does Integrity Roofing serve?

We are based in Gilbert and serve the Phoenix Valley, including Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Ahwatukee, Glendale and Peoria. If you're nearby and not sure, call the office at 602-548-3770.

Is Integrity Roofing licensed and insured?

Yes. We are licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #096629) and are bonded and insured. You can look up any contractor's license on the ROC website before you hire them.

What types of roofs do you work on?

Concrete and clay tile, asphalt shingles, spray polyurethane foam, flat/low-slope systems, elastomeric roof coatings and steep sloped roofs. Many Arizona homes have more than one type — for example a tile roof with a flat foam section over a patio.

Do you work on homes and businesses?

Both. We handle residential roofing for single-family homes and commercial roofing for offices, retail, industrial buildings and multi-family properties.

How do I schedule an estimate?

Call the office at 602-548-3770, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. If we don't answer, leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours. We'll set a time to inspect your roof and then give you a clear estimate for the recommended work.

How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?

It depends on the roof's age, the type of material and how widespread the damage is. A single leak or a few broken tiles is usually a repair. Widespread granule loss, brittle underlayment or repeated leaks in several places often point to replacement. An inspection gives you a clear answer.

How long does a roof last in Arizona?

Roughly: asphalt shingles 15–25 years, foam roofs 20+ years with regular recoating, and concrete or clay tile 50+ years — but the underlayment beneath tile usually needs replacing after about 20–25 years. Heat and UV shorten lifespans compared with milder climates.

When is the best time to have my roof inspected?

Spring, before monsoon season starts on June 15, and again after any major storm. Fall is also a good time to check for summer heat damage before winter rains.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing options are available. Ask about them when we schedule your estimate.

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Call 602-548-3770; if we don't answer, leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours.

Where is your office?

Our office is at 16308 E Fairview St, Gilbert, AZ 85295.

Can you help after monsoon storm damage?

Yes. Call us during business hours and we will inspect the roof, document the damage with photos, and recommend a repair. If water is actively coming in, move belongings away from the leak and contain the water until we can get there.
