Phone is the only way to reach Integrity Roofing. Call 602-548-3770 and our Gilbert office will take down your details and schedule a time to look at your roof. One short call is all it takes to get started.

What we'll ask on the call
You don't need to know anything technical about roofing. We'll ask a few simple questions so we can send the right person and plan the visit.
- Your name and a good callback number. So we can confirm your appointment.
- The property address. Where the roof is, including the city.
- The roof type, if you know it. Tile, shingle, foam, flat or coated. If you're not sure, that's fine.
- What's happening. A leak, a ceiling stain, broken or slipped tiles, blistering, storm damage, or a general checkup.
- When it started. For example, after a monsoon storm or slowly over time.
- Access details. Gates, pets, or whether someone will be home.
No photos needed in advance
We don't ask you to send pictures before the visit. During the estimate, we inspect the roof in person and photograph what we find, so you can see the problem areas for yourself. Please don't climb onto your roof to take photos; a fall is never worth the risk.
Leaving a message
If you call when we're busy or after office hours, leave a message. Say your name, phone number, property address and a short description of the problem. Speak slowly when giving numbers. We'll return your call within 24 hours.
We don't have a separate line outside office hours. If water is coming in, move belongings away from the leak, catch drips with a bucket, and call the office so we can get you on the schedule.

Should I go on my roof to check the damage?
No. Walking on a roof is dangerous, and it's easy to crack tiles. Describe what you can see from the ground or inside the home and we'll handle the rest.
What should I do if my roof is leaking right now?
Move belongings out of the way, catch the water with a bucket or towels, and call the office during business hours. If we don't answer, leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours.
Can I ask about financing when I call?
Yes, but the best time is during your estimate, when we can talk through the options based on the work your roof needs.
Can I schedule an estimate on the first call?
Usually, yes. Our office will offer the next available time that works for you.
