Roofer repairing and maintaining a roof

The short answer

Integrity Roofing offers roof repairs and maintenance, roof inspections, full roof replacement and re-roofing, storm and damaged-roof repair, residential roofing and commercial roofing throughout the Phoenix Valley, on tile, shingle, foam, flat, and coated roofs.

One local team for every roofing job

Integrity Roofing has worked on Valley roofs since 1993. Because we install, repair and maintain every common roof type, we can give you an honest recommendation instead of selling you the one thing we happen to do.

Every project follows the same simple process: we inspect, explain what we found, give you a clear estimate, schedule the work, and finish with a quality-control check.

  • Roof repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Roof inspections for homeowners, buyers and sellers
  • Re-roofs, tile underlayment replacement and new roofs
  • Storm, monsoon and leak damage
  • Foam roof recoating and elastomeric coatings
  • Commercial and multi-family roofing

Which service do you need?

You don't have to know the right term before you call. Start with what you're seeing, and we'll confirm the rest on site. Here's a quick guide:

Roof types we work on

Valley homes and buildings use a handful of roof systems, and many properties have more than one. A house might have concrete tile over the living area and a spray foam section over the patio. We work on all of them:

What Arizona does to a roof

Roofs here wear out differently than they do in milder climates. Summer heat and strong UV dry out sealants, bake asphalt shingles and break down the top coat on foam and flat roofs. On tile roofs, the tiles often outlast the underlayment beneath them, which commonly starts to wear out after about 20–25 years.

Monsoon season, June 15–September 30, adds sudden wind and heavy rain that find any weak spot. That's why we recommend an inspection in spring and a quick check after major storms. Small fixes made early usually cost far less than water damage inside the house.

Repair or replace: how we decide

We look at the roof's age, how widespread the problem is, and how often it has needed work. An isolated issue on a sound roof is almost always a repair. Failing underlayment across a whole tile roof, or shingles worn bare on every slope, usually points to replacement.

We'll show you photos and explain the reasoning so you can make the call. For cost questions, our roofing cost guide explains what drives the price. Every roof is different, so your estimate is based on your roof.

Frequently asked questions

Still have a question? Call the office at 602-548-3770, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.

What roofing services does Integrity Roofing offer?

Roof repair, preventive maintenance, inspections, roof replacement and re-roofing, damaged-roof and storm repair, foam roof recoating, elastomeric coatings, and commercial roofing, for homes and businesses across the Phoenix Valley.

Do you only do one type of roof?

No. We work on tile, asphalt shingle, spray foam, flat/low-slope, sloped and coated roofs, so our recommendation is based on what your building actually needs.

How do I get started?

Call the office at 602-548-3770, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, and we'll schedule a time to look at your roof. If we don't answer, leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours.

Do you handle small repairs or only big projects?

Both. Small repairs like replacing broken tiles, fixing flashing or sealing a penetration are a big part of what we do, alongside full replacements.

Are your crews licensed?

Integrity Roofing is licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #096629) and is bonded and insured.

Is financing available for larger projects?

Yes, financing options are available. Ask about them during your estimate.

How much do roofing services cost?

It depends on the roof type, size, pitch, access and what the work involves. Our roofing cost guide at /resources/roofing-cost-guide/ explains the main cost factors. Every roof is different, so we give you an estimate after looking at yours.

What areas do you serve?

We work across the Phoenix Valley, including Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Ahwatukee, Glendale and Peoria. Our office is in Gilbert.

What's the difference between a roof repair and a re-roof?

A repair fixes a specific problem, such as a broken tile, a failed flashing or a leaking vent. A re-roof replaces the roof system across the whole roof, either with new materials or, on tile, by installing new underlayment and reinstalling the tiles.

When is the best time of year to schedule roof work?

Spring is ideal for inspections and repairs because it's before monsoon season starts on June 15. That said, a leak or damaged roof should be looked at as soon as you notice it, whatever the season.

Do you recoat foam roofs?

Yes. Spray foam roofs need a fresh protective coating on a schedule, and we handle foam repairs, recoats and elastomeric coatings for homes and commercial buildings.

What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. We're closed Saturday and Sunday. If we don't answer, leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 hours.
